lock sending domain to customer but error "Dkim private key is invalid"

hi,
I have set sending domain is ok ,and sending domain is also Verified, but later i want to lock sending domain to customer , error:

We have had some issues with these keys lately, unfortunately. Are you using latest app version? If you do, please open a support ticket and include backend url and access to your app and maybe FTP as well so we can take a look and deploy a fix.
