keeping threads from vanishing into kb

can't see the whole discussion there because the thread was converted to a kb article

pls keep the threads, as they show thought processes/paths/histories...the link to a kb article can be posted to the end of a thread (independently whether the thread is still open), and this way, one can, if need be, continue even after some time, the discussion...making the forum richer and more valuable

oh, sorry , this was for the accumulation of knowledge to save u time!
but i will most likely buy more licenses, if that is any con$olation
