I am experiencing two critical issues with emails sent through MailWizz:
I have attached the email template and HTML content for your reference. Your prompt assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated, as it is crucial for my email campaigns to be successfully delivered and correctly displayed across all platforms.
That's the spam score of my mail which is absolutely okay seems to be....
Also attach my email look on Outlook and gmail provider that how my images are shown on it. And also add my email code file to check where the problem resides.
- Emails Landing in Spam/Junk:
- Despite a good spam score and clean content, my emails are landing in the junk folder on Outlook, while they reach the inbox on Gmail and other platforms.
- Image Size Distortion on Outlook:
- Images in my emails appear correctly on most platforms but are distorted or incorrectly sized on Outlook.
