Issue while accessing my App "Deceptive Site Ahead"

I am facing an issue of 'Deceptive Site Ahead' using mailwizz app. I have tried changing the Severs IP, the Server providers (Contabo and OVH), and the domains. Still the same issue. In Some cases, it appears inside the campaigns panel. We have tested it on different browsers (Chrome and Safari).
I even tried a new installation with the latest script 2-3 times. But same issue

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

@digitalss - if this is a false positive, just ask for delisting, the above article explains how to go about it. Once unlisted, you won't have any issues.
