Is there a way to get a count of times emails were sent per email address?

Hello @mwjim,

You can do this per list. For example you can create a custom tag and make default value 0

and then when a campaign is sent to that list increment that value by 1 in Campaign setup > Change subscriber custom field value upon campaign sent > [INCREMENT_BY_1]

The problem with this is it isn't retroactive, is there another way we can achieve this without setting a field?

Not really. We do not have this functionality.
You can export the campaigns delivery reports ( Campaign Overview, click on the recipients number) and then manipulate them in excel.
