I urgently need remote support

Hello, I have configured mailwizz on my cloud server and have installed it according to the guide. However, when I open the page http://bestshoppingo.com/backend/index.php, a 404 error is always reported. I have tried many solutions but none of them work. I urgently need remote support. Could you please arrange for someone to support me? Thank you.
 
Even accessing http://bestshoppingo.com/ does not work, so I think your issue is on your web server setup.
I can confirm that there is no problem with my web server. As for the web environment required by mailwizz, I installed it according to the online guide. I am not sure if it is correct? Could you please help me remotely check whether my server is installed correctly?
 
Or can you send me a complete installation guide, including the requirements for building a web server and web environment.

I see you fixed the server error and also you're using nginx.
have a look at https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/nginx-server-basic-configuration-for-mailwizz/ which shows what rules you need to add for making nginx work with MailWizz. Do that, and follow the regular install steps you did before and you should be fine

We don't offer install/setup services, you might want to make a request in the Job Opportunities forum.
As long as your environment is setup correctly, there will be no problem setting MailWizz up.
