i can't upload .pdf file

When i try to upload then show below message.
Note: i have install php-zip extension.

Unable to upload "ppaas.pdf".
File type not allowed.
(application/pdf)

I did try from red mark option. If i wrong can you tell me where from i try to upload pdf file?

Do you want to send pdf files? If yes first enable Campaign attachments from Backend > Settings > Campaigns > Attachments and then when create new campaign on step Setup you can add attachments.
