It seems that you have not installed mailwizz correctly. Normally it should be accessible at https://domain/backend/index.php/ please check this article: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/install-steps/

Your web server is not configured correctly, seems that on your web server missing PHP. Please check with your provider.
