Huge Database file

My database file is 385MB. Is there a way for me to trim it down? Wondering if it might impact my performance.

This is tiny.

Database size certainly affects performance, but that will be (maybe)noticeable when your database size is larger than the amount of ram you have available on the server.

That's interesting, considering a 40GB dbf took under four hours recently (but it may depend on CPU power, it was two xeon 2650 v4).
