How translation works ?

@twisted1919
Do you think it is perhaps faster if one would take a language pack and just rename it, then to translate the right side, and this way not have to wait for the extension collecting all phrases from all parts of the program?
However, the one in the customer download area seems quite old from 2014
https://www.mailwizz.com/customer/language_packs/get/locale/pt_br
will ít still have all phrases or should I use any other which would be more uptodate?

@frm.mwz - you can create a en_us in backend for example, you don't have to translate that, you just have to add it if you want it as an option.

You can do like so, this will give you a good start. However, every mailwizz version adds new translation strings, so you should be aware of that and translate those too (so after each upgrade, enable the translate extension and leave it enabled for a while).

Thanks, that's useful background info. Already started to compare files and will go one by one (picking the one with the most phrases for each).
