How to send a campaign to a segment of my list

Hello,

I am new to Mail Wizz and still learning.

I have a custom field for my email list.

It has 4 different values. One of those values is that the field is blank.

I want to send a regular campaign and exclude one of the values in that custom field from receiving the email.

Is there a blog post or video that I can watch for how to do that?
