How to segment list based on individuals that have opened the email?

You need to add a custom field in list and name it as you want for example: "Opened" make this with default value "no" for example, then when you create a campaign in "Setup" step you can select to change this field when subscriber open campaign and change this field on open. Now you can create a segment basted on that custom field created.
