Hi i have received an email from my Webhosting which is below. I need to find which email campaign is triggering the antispam protection. How can i find it?

Our anti-spam protection layer has detected that your IP x.x.x.x is sending spam.

In order to protect our network, we have blocked the port 25 of your server, at the
network level.

To help you investigate about this problem and fix it, here are a sample
are some advanced details on your emails:

Destination IP: 211.17.50.30 - Message-ID: - Spam score: 549
Destination IP: 103.21.52.39 - Message-ID: CD119-A0EC-909B-14FF-585C35@.com - Spam score: 549

The campaign_delivery_log table contains the email_message_id column, which you can filter to see the message, which will show the campaign and subscriber.

However, if you were blocked, it might have been for a good reason, so step back and analyze your sending patterns before anything else.
