How to cancel the address in available tags? Send campaign with customers' name?

Need help friends,
When i send campaign, company address must insert a link, how to cancel,
please give me advise, thanks!

Also i uploaded the list with the header of EMAIL and NAME, and how to insert the name in the template, to ensure customer received email with their names?

Decide what template tags are required. - MailWizz KB

By default, when creating a campaign template, the [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] and the [COMPANY_FULL_ADDRESS] tags are required in your template, otherwise you won’t be able to save it. You can decide what tags are required and what are not by going to Backend > Settings > Campaigns > Template Tags.

Given that NAME is the correct tag. It should be listed in the above screenshot in the list of available tags.
