How can I add an own item to the menu and customer?

I need to add a new item to the menu that a customer sees. Specifically, I need to add an item called "support" and that, when the customer clicks on "support", a custom url opens in a new page (_blank)

I do not know where I can do that. Neither which file do I have to edit or do I need to use an extension

Any suggestions for help?

Hello,

Mailwizz have Support Extension, you just buy it and upload that via Backend > Extension.
 
Thanks, but I do not want to install a new extension (I will not create a new extension). I just want to add a link in the customer menu
