HELP Please (Customer side - problem !)

Hello,

I had to reinstall the system completely.

The cron jobs are all saved correctly on the hosting.

On the admin side the sending of registration emails, registration confirmations, campaign statistics are all sent & received correctly.

Customer side - problem !!

The campaigns are not received by the subscriber even though the system indicates that the campaigns are sent!

The campaigns are indicated sent by the autoresponder but no emails received on the subscriber side

I can not find the problem!

There is surely a problem of setting in parameters / sending but I can not find the right settings.

Here are mine:

Quto sending: -1
Time value: -1
Unit of time: day
Waiting for quotas to expire: No
Action when the quota is waiting: Do nothing
Time Quota: 0
Enable quota notifications: Name
Sending the percentage of notifications: 95

# check the delivery server logs to see if they sent
# see the app log for any errors
# check quota and renew if need be
# check also customer and customer group settings
# some emails may have ended up in the wrong folder of the recipient, but if no one can find any, then this is on your end, so try so send yourself some test messages
# perhaps the settings of the AR make it so that it is done
 
in delivery logs: Success

in rebound logs: smtp; 550 5.2.0 Mail rejected. Mail rejected. ofr_506 [506]

in logs app: no info for today's date

in cron jobs history: success for sent emails
 
Twisted, can you check my settings if I give you my login credentials?
