I've got my feedbackloop server setup and an email/complaint (from Microsoft) is available in the inbox of this mailbox (unread, received at 2026-01-15).
Even when running the feedbackloop cronjob manually this email is not being processed.
I've configured the feedbackloop server a second time to be sure that the connection to the mailbox can be made: that was succesful, but still this complaint is not being processed. How can I fix the FBL processing?
