Failed Installing Mailwizz, I even just bought it 2 days ago from codeanyone, please help

but i can't finish the installation because when i'm installing mailwizz on my web exactly at "mydomain.com/install/index.php?route=database" when i import the database i created, always get the response "500 internal server error" and when I refresh, my web changes to "application currently offline" like the photo I sent above. I am sure there is no wrong information about the data I entered for login/importing to the database.
Help please
 
This should be enough to install mailwizz, I'm using a dedicated server, not a virtual server.
someone please help me solve this without changing hosting server

This is because MailWizz doesn't finish the database import, which can happen for many reasons.
I don't know exactly your server setup, but try to give more memory to PHP so that you can finish the install process. I find it very hard to believe that a 16GB server struggles with a database import, unless it's super bad configured.
