Excluding a list from a Campaign

Dear MailWizz Support Team,

I have a list of active customers and a separate list of all customers in my MailWizz account. I would like to send an email campaign but want to exclude the active customers from receiving this email.

Could you please provide me with detailed instructions on how to achieve this? Any guidance on the steps or settings required to exclude specific contacts from my email campaigns would be greatly appreciated.

There is nothing automatically to do this, because the status from customers is separately that your list with all customers. All you can do is to create a custom field on your list and set active/disable as value then create a segment that will trigger that custom field and the send campaign to that segment. But this all need to be done manually.
