Exclude certain Subscribers from Campaign?

Hi,

Is there any way to add an exclusion to an auto-responder or campaign, based on a customer field?

Example:

Email 1: Send to all in list
Email 2: Send to all in list
Email 3: Send to all in list, except where custom user field BUYER: Car
Email 4: Send to all in list

I understand I could create multiple lists, but since 99% of the emails are exactly the same and I only want to exclude 1-2 emails in a sequence of 40+ emails, it wouldn't make much sense to have to do this work twice.

From what I saw, I can only include segments. Not Exclude?

I have 3 segments:

Car Buyers
Bicycle buyers
Motorcycle buyers

Let's say I want to send this email to all, except Car buyers. How do I do it?

Also, How do I re-send the same email with different subjects a few hours after the first email, if the user did not open the previous one?
