error when trying to send a message

Hi, I'm having a problem.

When I try to send a message, I get the following antispam error:



I'm using Alibaba Cloud's mail server and Hetzner's hosting.

Most messages are rejected and some are not. What do you think it could be? And how can I solve it? It's a new server.

I have a problem, which I don't know if it's related.

Alibaba SMTP offers port 25, 465 and 80; using SMTP testers they all work for me, but in mailwizz I've only managed to get port 80 to work. (It only happens to me with Alibaba SMTP, because with other providers all ports work without problems, and if I use the other ports in online SMTP testers the Alibaba ones work),

If I use port 25 or 465, the page takes a long time to load and then crashes (Gateway time-out )

That message comes from some anti-spam feature of your SMTP. You should reach your SMTP provider for that.

For the connection issue with your smtp, please see if your server hosting MW is allowed to communicate using those ports, maybe a firewall rule is blocking the connection
