Also it would help to know what PHP version and what MailWizz version?
Please note, MailWizz 1.x is not compatible with PHP >= 8.0, so if you're running such setup, you need to upgrade your MailWizz version.

I use mailwizz version 2.3.9. I have the latest and updated folder. Which one should I use? Is there any version difference between these two folder?
