[EMAIL] Tag Suddenly Not Working – How to Debug?

Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing an issue that appeared out of nowhere. I haven't made any changes to my setup for months, but suddenly, the [ EMAIL ] tag is no longer working. It doesn't get processed and sent through my SMTP, as I’ve checked the outgoing data and it's not being passed along.

How can I debug this on the MailWizz side to identify the issue?

This is a weird issue , can you open a support ticket and give us access to your application (email, password, backend url) and indicate us which customer/campaign have this issue?
