Email header & footer

Hello,
I'd added email header and footer to a user group under campaign settings, it seems i did not work well, both header & footer appears at the top of the message, where email template/body inserted below.

@Karim Nadi - For email header, we're looking after the opening <body> tag and we inject that right after the tag. For email footer we're looking for the closing </body> tag and we're injecting the html before that, so make sure you have these tags in your email template.
Also, you can attach the source code of the html template so we can take a look and try it on our devs.
