Editing Front page

Hi,
I am curious where I can edit the front page.
I want to add the pages created inside the platform, and for the GDPR plugin, I need to add a code in the <HEAD> section.
Where can I do this ??
 
I also have a question: I added new pages to the Pages section, but it does not show up in the footer of the landing page. What am I missing? Thanks
