I'm having an issue with finding how to download the "Header" information and download the email sent.
After warming the server for 2 weeks, sending 30 emails per day then up to 500 per day, we had open up rates of 40% of better.
But now I've sent the largest email campaign of 1,000 subscribers, and I have an extremely low open rate for the first campaign sent (1,000) subscribers. Only 10 people opened emails, so I have a 1% open rate. I'm trying to give Google Support the emails that were not opened or maybe landed in spam, but I don't see how to download the HEADER information. Can someone help??
