Delivery settings issue

Hello everybody, I need some help
I was testing the Delivery settings with some of my email adresses but I noticed that nothing has changed when I change the settings, I have 10email adresse to test with and I did the settings below, as the manual said with the settings below I have to receive every 1min 2 emails with for example server 1 and after one 1min others 2 emails with server 2, but everytime I receive 10 emails at the same time with the same server, whats wrong guys ?

In order to make this work you need to disable PCNTL, also make sure your your subscriber at once* is greater that change server at*.
I make a test with Subscribers at once > 100 and change server at > 2 with PCNTL disabled and all it's working correctly.

Since you have dealt with a similar case, do you have any suggestions for me?
