How do I enable some kind of conditional logic that sends an email ONLY to those who did not reply?
I know about EBMs, but it needs people to move lists.
I have a sequence that looks like:
What's the best way to do this, since tags don't seem to work for this?

- Welcome 1
- Welcome 1a (for those who did not reply)
- Welcome 1b (for those who did not reply)
- Welcome 1c (for those who did not reply)
- Welcome 2 (for those who replied to Welcome 1)
What's the best way to do this, since tags don't seem to work for this?
