Is there a way to remove users from an automation sequence that have not opened or click on any emails after 10 emails have been sent to the subcriber?

You can use move-inactive-subscribers command to move your inactive subscribers in another list, check this article: https://www.mailwizz.com/kb/move-inactive-subscribers-command/

What I need to do is to remove people ho has not opened or click my last 10 emails, not removed them based on time inactive

For this we don't have something to be done automatically, you can do these manually by filter these subscribers and then you can select which action to take on this subscribers by selecting Action.
