Can't run task scheduler on Windows

Hi all,

I know it sounds a stupid question but it has confused me for a long time.
My task scheduler on Windows always not let the task run so I can't send email with Mailwizz.
I have googled the error code and changed all the situation that may causes the error, but it still can't work :(
I just want to try to ask about the error code means and is it really necessary to set up cron job or I can send the email manually.

A good reason might be because we don't support windows, we recommend using linux because that's where we know how things work.
For windows, you are in your own with those error messages, we simply don't know what those mean, maybe ask on a windows related forum, microsoft forums, etc.
 
I have follow this man's video to setup:
And I have download XAMPP for php use.
So Mailwizz can't run without setting cron jobs? I think we can manually send the Email if cron jobs can't work.

Cron jobs are at the heart of the application, they are needed to run at right interval to carry out tasks needed to operate the application. You need to have the cron jobs working.
