Can't get bounce servers to process correctly

There is a bounce server configured. There are bounce messages in the email box. There are no errors output when the cron is run manually. I read through everything here: https://forum.mailwizz.com/threads/seems-that-bounces-arent-processed-what-can-i-do.19/ and didn't find any problems.

Incidentally, the cron takes maybe 8-10 seconds to run and then it just exits with no info/output/errors.

What should I try next?

Can you check you have installed IMAP extension in your Server.

@Kane - Can you let me know how old is the newest message from the bounce box ?
If you open it and look inside (headers too) do you find the X-Mw-*** headers in it, like X-Mw-Subscriber-Uid and X-Mw-Campaign-Uid ?

So getting into this a bit more today, we did have a campaign bounce picked up properly. Apparently we just hadn't had any new bounces *from a campaign* recently. The problem then is that transactional bounces are not being picked up. On those there are no subscriber or campaign headers - should there be?

This is expected, we don't track these.

Nope, there should not be any.
