Bug?

Hi,

I started sending a campaign to 37k subscribers.
It's still on Sending (0%)

But it has only send 57 emails? it stopped there.

Delivered: 57 (100%)
and
Opens: 7 (12.5%)

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Are you using warmup plans? That could potentially throttle sending.
if not, check your delivery servers settings, and customers quota, maybe you have set limits there.

Yes, I just noticed the delivery server had an hourly quote.
still though, why didn the campaign showed 100% for 57 users?

100% in this case mens it has been able to deliver those 57 emails, if either of those 57 had an error, you'd get a lesser percentage.
