Hi,

It does so by default when using most API endpoints, if you are using smtp submission you need a bounce server...

So just to be 100%, if one user has a bounced email, this email gets added to the global blacklist to avoid sending to from different accounts?

Yes, exactly, but only hard bounces are added to blacklist. soft bounces will be added to blacklist if they fail for 5 times, and internal bounces are not added to the blacklist at all.
