Bounce server error

I'm trying to create a bounce server but I'm getting this error "Server disables LOGIN, no recognized SASL authenticator"
How can I solve it?

Hi,

Check connection and settings of your bounce server.

Also make sure if you using firewall, it enable your IPs.

What protocol are you using? Maybe you should try TLS or SSL?

I'm using "NOTLS", I tried TLS & SSL and got thos error message

"TLS/SSL failure for mail.mail1.cleaningneeds.org: SSL negotiation failed".

I tested the IMAP connection on TelNet and got this output below"

"OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE IDLE LITERAL+ STARTTLS LOGINDISABLED] Dovecot (Ubuntu) ready."
