Bounce server always 'con-running'

Hi,

I have a bounce server that is always in a 'cron-running' state.

It was hooked up to a server which has a lot of bounces in its mailbox.

I tried deleting all email from the mailbox to bring the bounce server out of that state but it seems not to work.

I cannot edit, delete or disable the bounce server.

Rest it from backend -> misc -> emergency actions.
