Bounce not working with zoho mail.

Hi Guys,

We are struggling with Mailwizz bounce not working with zoho mail.

We tried with own postfix smtp server and bounce was working.

We used zoho mail as imap server for bounce server and it works well, but bounce for zoho mail as smtp for delivery server is not working.


Can anybody help us?

What errors do you get? Did you try asking zoho support if they allow this kind of usage through their servers? Maybe they block it and this is why it does not work.

we tried with https://instantly.ai and https://sales.rock for both bounce is working with zoho mail. only Mailwizz has issue with zoho mail.

can you please look at the issue?, bounce is super important for us.

We have already purchased 100 accpunt subscriptions with zoho all this will go wasted if bounce issue is not fixed.

@twisted1919 asked for more details. Just saying that they doesn't work is not enough. Please open a support ticket, share some screens with your delivery server that you setup and is having the bounce server attached, and we will take it from there. At first sight there is no reason for any issues unless, zoho is playing with the headers that mailwizz is sending.
