Bounce & Hardfails tracking problem

Hello,
My setup is Mailwizz mailing client + dedicated private postalhq mail server.

When I send campaigns I detect bounces and hardfails on my postal mailserver but when I go to mailwizz dashboard I dont receive any notifications.
Another point is that some (MINORITY) of the emails indicated as bounce or hardfail on my mail server are actually tracked as "Opened" or "Clicked" by Mailwizz!

I am confused which one to believe my mailing server or mailwizz? I am starting to worry a lot as my bounce rate raised to 22% on my mailing server.

Please notice that I have installed a bounce server on MW but havent installed yet a feedback loop server.

Any idea on how to approach this problem?

@Amer - for postal, bounces should be processed via webhooks, when you create a delivery server for postal, make sure you select SMTP Postal. After you validate it, in the edit screen for this server, press the INFO icon on top right and it will tell you what URL to add as webhook url in your postal install.
