Autoresponders

Hi,

I've set up an autoresponder as a follow-up for an opt-in campaign.
It has been set up to deploy 0 minutes after the user clicks on the call to action from a regular email.
Noticed that autoresponders are not getting through (I'm testing right now).
Help?

Yes. During one test, I did get the autoresponder but it didn't appear until after 15 minutes. After testing again, I'm receiving nothing.

Check your cron jobs, i think their frequency has been moved automatically by your host from each minute to once at 15 minutes
