Audience/List division troubles...

Hi

Sorry if I'm stupid in basic KB understand.

I'm a very simple Audience List with 500 Subscriber

1) I need a division of the list (I do not know how to do this...)

• White
• Black
• Red

2) Then I have 3 category (now they are segments)

• A
• B
• C

So the questions are:

1) how to send a campaign to all "White" with the "Category A"?
2) how to send a campaign to all "White + Black" with the "Category A + B"?

What I need to use: tags, groups, segment and what other list options?

You can create a new segment: "White + Black" with the "Category A + B" and send to it. Then another segment "White" with the "Category A" and send to that one as well.

So the organization is based only on segment?
So build specific segment every time i need?
So no other solution like groups OR tags or... could help me?

PS: really difficult to understand what is the use of "group" OR better "campaign group"? The same for tags.

Yes, pretty much.

"group" OR better "campaign group"

This is just to help you group things together to find them easier.

The same for tags.

These are complex tags which you can define and later use in campaign templates.
