I have finished the setup. But I tried to send an email with the server, it says: Unable to send the test email… Is it because my Amazon SES account is in the sandbox?

Are you sure your delivery server is confirmed and active?

Yes! the delivery server is confirmed. It's sending to emails I confirmed on amazon SES only. The emails that are not confirmed are the ones not sending

Yes, because of this your delivery server only sends to emails that are validated in amazon ses account.
