about my first cold campaign

I sent the first cold campaign out, and as you noticed, it just 105 opens(when I sent out, I found here were so many opens as it delivered, it's the bot or something else?) furthermore, I want to know, if there any way to know what's the status of the unopened, it's going to the junk or inbox? because this is the cold campaign. I really do not know how to monitor them.

I'm using SES.

You can can use https://www.mail-tester.com/ add that generated email address in list and send campaign then check the score and where you have the issues. Also you can add your own email address in list and then check where campaign is going, in spam or inbox folder.
