about my first cold campaign

I sent the first cold campaign out, and as you noticed, it just 105 opens(when I sent out, I found here were so many opens as it delivered, it's the bot or something else?) furthermore, I want to know, if there any way to know what's the status of the unopened, it's going to the junk or inbox? because this is the cold campaign. I really do not know how to monitor them.

I'm using SES.
