actually everytime before purchasing the domain name I check for blacklist status..so I never buy blacklisted domains as for IP address I check them as soon as I purchase a server...if that is blacklisted I do not move ahead and wither delete the server or stop billing after 1 month...I dont...

Actually I went deep in this regards and I have been told that google does not let us know the exact email address who marked us as SPAM...in their postmaster we can only find the aggregate stats JA associates gave me this info..so it must be solid I assume and mentioning it here for anyone...
