I am in a strange situation. We have 1 default customer-created who was sending emails fine. but then we create more customers and groups also assign then delivery servers in the group but then campaign sending stop working I deleted all customers and groups and now it's the same as before but...

i tried to change mails per minute in the delivery setting, cron setting, and also in customer setting but mails didn't work as per minute.

I set accordingly but mails didn't send my version is 1.9.24
