The message have different header when you are sending actual campaign i think

in your case it should be (full path to the directory, according to the picture uploaded) chmod -R 0777 /home/nativemediatv/public_html/apps/common/runtime/mutex

I solved it Before: After:

I only get this message : Your file has been successfully queued for processing and you will be notified when processing is done! but no emails are added to the list

I have issue when i want to import suppression list. Here what i see when i import a suppression list, and before i successfully import some suppressions lists (i got other mailwizz on other servers and its the same problem)
