I got this error too during the campaign send, some emails are sended and the others I got this error

Its happen many times during the campaign send, in 40% cases, some emails are sended and other I got this error, sometimes I got [Connection refused #111] and sometimes [Connection refused #110]

I prefer to install it by myself, I already install it but when I run the instalation and adding the license nothing happen the page dont change and the url is adding ?route=welcome i dont know what happen, I already change the Nginx config by pasting this configuration...
