And when it does work, the link takes me to this page, stating the new login has been sent to my email but I don't get anything.

ok, so I got the email now but when I click on the link I get or copy and paste, I get a 404 error page so I can't reset it.

I forgot my back end password and when I enter my email to get may reset link, I get no email. How else can I reset my password? I am able to login to the customer area so it is a different password.

Yes, as you saw on my screenshot, I dont have a FNAME tag on the list but it still appears list of available tags. And FULLNAME tag only appears in the subject section, not on template part.

Thank you everyone but @twisted1919 , I think this is a bug.

When I click on "Available Tags" thats where it says [FNAME] instead of [FULLNAME]. But I will change it when I add it to a template and test it to see if it works.

So does this mean I have to change [ FULLNAME ] to [ FNAME ] for it to work and add the others missing? @EmpEmail Thank you for your help.

When I delete a campaign but still check thru the old links, it obviously redirects me to the 404 error page. I have my own custom 404 page and would like to implement it to the newsletter 404. How do I do this? Where is this file or location? Thank you in advance.
