is there any way to stop elastic email from replacing my company email address tag? I want to be able to use the mailwizz tag but elastic email changes it to my profile info. Currently using api setting, should I switch to manual username and password setting instead?

I have only seen this when I try to access mailwizz front or backend, also any links inside email that I send. No other sites I've seen. Also only when I'm on my at&t network. However if I use my phone as a hotspot for my laptop it works fine.

When I try to access my mailwizz app or any links inside an email if I'm using my phone network I get this error. ERR_CONNECTION_RESET If I'm using my wifi network in my home everything works perfectly. What could be causing this. Here is the link to my app. Mailwizzhero.com.

I'm using a new smtp and trying to warm up. It's new IP on private server. I have not seen it listed on any spam list. I've been sending very few emails but seeing lots of internal bounces and I'm pretty sure what is being delivered are going to spam. How can I fix this.

I've searched but still confused. What are internal bounces? Should I be worried about them hurting my IP? Should I delete them or just keep them to try again later?

here is the tracking domain I used. tracking.dudenecessity.com It goes to my mailwizzdomain.com I am using shared hosting for the tracking domain just in case that makes a difference.

I tried to create a cname record for tracking.domain.com using same domain I use for email address and I point it to mailwizzdomain.com but it does not validate. How can I fix this?

Is it ok for me to create a bounce server using the same address I use for sending? Right now I'm using 2 different address but on the same domain.

Maybe. That makes sense but I'm using the free version and it only let's me add 2 addresses.

could it have anything to do with me having "enable tracking" setting on and "tracking from my domain" setting off. these are settings within sendpulse smtp
