@henkedk I'm really tired of asking for help everyday and no one helps im new to mailwizz i bought it before 1 or 2 months untill now i didn't sent any campaign successfully every single campaign i send it stuck at 1k it sends 1k from 50k always stucking on 1k or 2k

Need mailwizz expert because currently im facing an issue with campaign sending, When I send a campaign at the beginning it works properly after couple of hours it freezes For example if i want to send 50k emails with speed 110 per hour it sends 1000 messages then it stops sending, need fix...

@twisted1919 i checked the cron jobs it was cron problem please can you help me with the speed, i've read the articles still i didnt understand how the speed system works i want to send 50k messages in 4-5 hours im using 12 smtps, but now my speed settings send only 25k in 10-12 hours i tried...

Twisted I've done what vpul shah said, and the cron job isn't running at high frequency i asked the Dedicated Server company, after doing what vpul shah said campaign doesn't send anything i runned it in debug mod i got some error anyways ill open a support ticket enter my server please and fix...

I've read the thread carefully of how to set-up the server time https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/understanding-email-delivery-settings-and-how-they-impact-performance/ I want to send 1 email per minute equals to 60 per hour I've set the server hourly qouta to 60 and cron subscribers at once to 1...

It shows that the document uploaded in the upload box but when i send the mail it sends without an attachment. That's the first time i faced that problem, I was using mail marketing software for 8 years that's the first mail software sends without an attachment.

I did the same thing for attachment it still doesn't work, the size is 80kb attachment .doc file and for the Tracking what is the record for the Cname for example mailwizzdomain.live/mailer ? @twisted1919

I need to upload .docx file to my customers but I after sending the campaign with attachment customers doesn't receive attachment i tried it on my own email also only message sent without attachment.

@twisted1919 how to stop the force [Company_Details] and how to add attachment to the campaign and 1 more thing tracking isn't working how to add the cname for it
