Ah of course, I forgot about that setting. Am I understanding the autoresponder settings correctly? It would be great to be able to control the unsubscribe deletion on a list basis rather than a system wide operation in the future.

How do I set the maximum speed for Amazon SES. For the first time we got the error that we had exceeded this speed today. Amazon has a 90 emails per second maximum speed on our account, but in MWZ i can only set it based on an hour I think? This won't help as our emails will be sent in this time...

Thanks @ghimes that makes sense, but it's not really viable as we wanted to use it with evergreen autoresponders and then while people were in those sequences remove them from the primary newsletters while they are in the evergreen autoresponders, which means we'd have to do manual work on lists...

@laurentiu thank you, that makes sense, but it's very manual. It means every time we send a broadcast to the main list, if you want to remove those active in evergreen campaigns, we've got to export the Active segment from each evergreen list, then import them into a suppression list, before...

Is it possible to override the "Your already on the list" message taking someone to update their info, and force them to the custom page redirect even if they're already on the list. I have been looking around the forum to see if anybody has done it, but can't find anything on it.

For me this should be don’t exist for anyone except customer, so they’re completely archived.

Thank you, I got it working as it turned out to be a server time issue. The time in Plesk is set at Amsterdam, and the same in MWZ, but it still seems to be an hour out of sync, you have to set the time in MWZ campaigns to -1 hour to get it to go at right time and I can't see where the time...
